Thank you for choosing Human Compass LLP (Also referred to as LLP in this document) for your coaching and professional development needs. We strive to offer the best learning experience, and our policies are designed to be fair, transparent, and compliant with Indian laws.
1.1. Once purchased, coaching services, workshops (online/offline), courses, and consulting services are non-refundable and non-transferable unless specified otherwise under this policy.
1.2. Refunds are only applicable in exceptional cases, such as technical issues on our end that prevent access to the purchased service. In such case refunds will be initiated through our system and credited back to original payment method, which will be processed within 15 working days.
1.3. Refunds do not apply to customer-side technical issues, such as device incompatibility or internet problems.
1.4. No refunds will be granted for non-attendance, partial completion, or failure to meet refund conditions.
1.5. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session of the mentioned programmes viz. One to One Coaching – Self Discovery Session or Group Sessions, you may cancel the same at least 72 hours before the start of the session.
1.6. No refunds will be made for any programmes except those specified in point 1.5 above. Exceptions, if any, will be at the discretion of the LLP Partners on case to case basis and binding on persons / customers / organisations availing such services from LLP.
1.7. If a participant is removed from a course due to misconduct, they will not be eligible for a refund.
1.8. Refund eligibility is subject to Human Compass LLP’s sole discretion, and all decisions will be final.

2.1. Coaching is a process-driven and participatory engagement. The results depend on the participant’s commitment, implementation, and effort in applying the insights, strategies, and guidance provided during the sessions.
2.2. Lack of desired results, personal dissatisfaction, or failure to implement the coaching principles does not qualify for a refund.
2.3. Human Compass LLP does not guarantee any specific outcomes, as the effectiveness of coaching varies for each individual.
2.4. The onus of applying the learnings from the coaching program lies solely with the participant, and refunds will not be granted on the basis of perceived ineffectiveness.
